Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in engagement leadership.
- Proven experience in managing project scope, SoW compliance, and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a small team of engineers.
- Technical discovery and analysis expertise across multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Understanding of platform engineering, identity, networking, security, and app/data domains.
- Experience in producing prioritized recommendations and effort sizing.
- Proficiency in creating executive-ready narratives and reports.
- Ability to implement solutions to reduce toil and accelerate insights.
Responsibilities
- Own every engagement end to end as Engagement Lead, serving as the primary customer point of contact.
- Manage scope, success criteria, and SoW compliance to ensure project outcomes.
- Run governance activities including standups, status reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder reviews.
- Lead a 2-3 person pod, planning work, managing utilization, and coaching team members.
- Drive technical discovery across multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), platform engineering, identity, networking, and security.
- Translate technical findings into executive-ready narratives tied to business outcomes.
- Define and refine Rapid Solutions offerings, playbooks, and delivery standards.
