Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in engagement leadership, including managing scope, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience leading and coaching small teams (2-3 people).
- Technical discovery and analysis experience across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of platform engineering, identity, networking, security, and app/data domains.
- Experience with project management tools and practices like RAID management and decision logging.
- Ability to produce executive-ready narratives and prioritized roadmaps.
- Experience refining delivery standards, playbooks, and templates.
- Interest or experience in implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own every engagement end to end as Engagement Lead, serving as the primary point of accountability and client contact.
- Manage scope, statement of work (SoW) compliance, governance, and cadence, including status reporting and risk management.
- Lead a 2-3 person pod, planning work, staffing projects, and providing coaching and feedback for team growth.
- Drive technical discovery and analysis across multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), platform engineering, networking, security, and app/data domains.
- Produce prioritized recommendations, effort sizing, and executive-ready roadmaps tied to business outcomes.
- Implement AI-driven solutions to reduce toil and capture/refine delivery templates and playbooks.
