Job Details

5+ years of relevant experience in engagement leadership, people leadership, and solution delivery.
Demonstrated expertise in multi-cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with platform engineering, identity management, networking, security, and app/data domains.
Proven ability to manage project scope, SoW compliance, and change control processes.
Experience running governance and cadence (standups, status reporting, RAID management).
Track record of managing and coaching small engineering teams (2-3 people).
Ability to drive technical discovery and produce actionable, executive-level technical roadmaps.
Familiarity with implementing AI-driven solutions to improve technical delivery efficiency.
Strong skills in developing and maintaining project delivery standards, playbooks, and templates.

Own every engagement end to end as Engagement Lead, from kickoff through executive readout.
Manage scope, statement of work (SoW) compliance, and stakeholder alignment on project outcomes.
Run governance activities including standups, status reporting, stakeholder reviews, and risk management.
Lead a 2-3 person pod, planning work and providing structured coaching and feedback for team members.
Drive technical discovery and analysis across multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), platform engineering, identity, networking, and security domains.
Produce prioritized recommendations, effort sizing, and sequenced roadmaps for clients.
Translate technical findings into executive-ready narratives tied to business outcomes.
Refine Rapid Solutions playbooks, templates, and delivery standards for scalability and repeatability.
