Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience leading account implementation and customer success processes in software or technology.
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare, particularly with claims and clinical data integration.
- Deep understanding of project management and customer success principles.
- Extensive experience in population health and value-based care.
- Proven ability to own a portfolio of client relationships, including stakeholder management and retention strategies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for creating client-ready materials.
- Willingness to travel to client sites, executive business reviews, and conferences (typically quarterly).
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with customer health/success platforms (e.g., Planhat) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact from contract signature through the life of the relationship.
- Project-manage new data connector builds and platform configuration workstreams.
- Lead recurring QBRs, EBRs, or steering committees to align on goals and ROI.
- Monitor and maintain account health scores in Planhat to drive retention and adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between internal teams, third parties, and the client.
- Identify and document process improvements to strengthen delivery consistency.
