Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in channel, field, regional, partner, demand generation, or B2B technology marketing.
- Experience in networking, SaaS, infrastructure, VAR, MSP, SI, reseller, or distribution ecosystems preferred.
- Strong execution orientation with ability to manage multiple partner activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proven experience supporting MDF, co-marketing, partner campaigns, regional events, and enablement activities.
- Commercial mindset with ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline, conversion, and ROI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management discipline with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Sigma, PRM/MDF platforms, Microsoft 365, and AI-assisted productivity tools is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Execute regional partner marketing plans aligned to AMER Channel strategy and Pod priorities.
- Develop and run repeatable programs enabling regional partners with demand generation strategies, content, and campaign-in-a-box motions.
- Manage and optimize over $1M in annual MDF investment, ensuring alignment with ROI expectations and business outcomes.
- Support regional partner enablement programs focused on product knowledge, sales plays, and competitive positioning.
- Plan and deliver two US EPSE or EPTE events per quarter to drive partner engagement and go-to-market execution.
- Create and maintain consistent partner advocacy materials, brand assets, and partner website content.
- Monitor campaign performance, MDF spend, and pipeline indicators, providing consistent reporting and data-driven insights.
