Requirements
- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience managing sales opportunities from prospecting through close.
- Experience in multifamily housing, hospitality, or a related industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools, such as Outreach.
- Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools; Salesforce experience is preferred.
- A consultative approach to sales and an interest in understanding customer needs.
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to stay organized, manage priorities independently, and work effectively in a remote environment.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and develop your sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new business and re-engage previous opportunities to identify potential fit.
- Research and engage prospects aligned with our ideal customer profiles.
- Lead product demonstrations and tailor conversations to customer needs.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from discovery and qualification through proposal, close, and handoff.
- Prepare and present pricing, proposals, and contracts based on customer needs and internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Client Experience teams to support new and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Represent WithMe professionally in customer meetings and product demonstrations.
