Requirements
- Prior experience as a product manager, ideally at a high-growth company.
- Proficiency in Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI tools to build, debug, and ship functional prototypes.
- Strong strategic and tactical decision-making skills.
- Demonstrable self-driven results in product development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
- Ability to work autonomously on complex solutions with minimal support.
Responsibilities
- Build and own end-to-end product solutions, integrating both human services and software.
- Develop and execute effective product roadmaps and strategies aligned with company goals.
- Ship improvements iteratively by finding minimal solutions to complex problems.
- Manage internal expectations for complex projects and prioritize feature scopes.
- Collaborate across departments including business operations and sales.
- Share techniques, processes, and learnings within the Product organization.
