Requirements
- 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples or families
- Independent clinical license to practice in good standing at the Master or Doctoral level
- BC-TMH credential, if required by your state of license
- Ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week for bookings
- Clinical competence in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or Mindfulness
- Experience with risk management and higher acuity cases
- Knowledge and commitment to providing culturally responsive care
- Familiarity with care delivery technology including video conferencing, EMR, and web-apps
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection in a secure environment
- Effective communication skills for interdisciplinary team collaboration
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform
- Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session
- Maintain a personalized database to record proof of licensure and other professional information
- Keep availability calendar up to date
- Work with a collaborative care team including health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers
