Requirements
- Active, independent mental health license (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) specifically in Texas.
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
- Interest in and passion for working with the neurodivergent community.
- Comfort with technology, including Zoom, EHR platforms, and Slack.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, virtual care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Telehealth experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions via telehealth for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
- Maintain 15+ or 25+ hours of weekly availability depending on employment status.
- Participate in regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences.
- Engage with the clinical community through weekly drop-ins.
- Utilize EHR and virtual care platforms to deliver client-centered care.
