Requirements
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD license (independent, no supervision required).
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Commitment to evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
- Experience with clinical best practices including measurement-based care.
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
- Proficiency with computer and live video tools for teletherapy.
- Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of up to 30 bookable spots per week.
- Ability to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).
- Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy via live video sessions.
- Maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance client learning.
- Monitor clinical outcomes between sessions.
- Attend one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills.
