Requirements
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent independent license.
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Experience with evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
- Experience managing clinical risk and responding to crises.
- Proficiency with computer and live video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets).
- Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload (30 potential bookable calendar spots).
- Full-time availability (approximately 40 hours per week).
- Full-time residency in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video.
- Maintain a caseload of diverse adult and/or adolescent clients with varied clinical needs.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance client learning.
- Monitor outcomes between sessions using digital tools.
- Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
- Engage in training to enhance clinical skills and practice culturally responsive care.
