Requirements
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD license (must be able to work independently).
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
- Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload (30 potential bookable spots).
- Computer and live video tools literacy.
- Ability to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).
- Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
- Experience providing telehealth services is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy via live video sessions.
- Manage a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance client learnings.
- Monitor client outcomes between sessions.
- Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
- Attend training sessions to enhance clinical skills.
