Requirements
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in good standing
- California LCSW, LMFT or LPCC, or willingness and ability to pursue California licensure
- 2+ years of direct clinical experience working with adults
- Comfortable providing psychotherapy through telehealth
- Comfortable using electronic health records, computers and video-conferencing technology
- Strong clinical judgment
- Compassionate, empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to care
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients through our secure telehealth platform
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based and patient-centered care
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with our Lead Psychologist
- Collaborate with our clinical and operations teams when additional support is needed
