Requirements
- Valid and active mental health practitioner license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC) in New Jersey.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a fully licensed mental health practitioner.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% virtual environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
- Experience working in women’s health or perinatal mental health is a plus.
- Experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or Interpersonal Family Therapy (IPT) is a plus.
- Additional state licensures are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered clinical care.
- Utilize patient-reported data to inform treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and psychiatric nurse practitioners to coordinate care.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health records (EHR).
