Requirements
- Must hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) in the state of Georgia.
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
- Demonstrated interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adult populations.
- Comfort and proficiency with technology and virtual care platforms including EHR and Slack.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care.
- Ability to provide 15+ or 25+ hours of weekly clinical availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy services to autistic and neurodivergent adult clients.
- Engage with a supportive clinical community through weekly drop-ins and monthly case conferences.
- Participate in regular peer consultation and specialized training sessions.
- Maintain high standards of client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care.
- Manage therapy sessions through virtual care platforms.
