- Valid and active mental health practitioner license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent) in California.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a fully licensed mental health practitioner.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% virtual environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patient-centered care.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve while participating in a team.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and monitor individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide patient-centered clinical care in line with the Mavida clinical model.
- Utilize patient-reported data to inform treatment and measure progress.
- Collaborate with physicians and psychiatric nurse practitioners for holistic care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with standards.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families.
