Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in Florida.
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Professional credentialing as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Experience with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or Trauma Therapy.
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
- Proficiency with computer systems for documentation and virtual meetings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based counseling and therapy modalities including CBT, DBT, and Trauma Therapy.
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions to engage patients in treatment plans.
- Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation for all patient activities.
- Provide crisis intervention support based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in regular multidisciplinary case planning and ongoing clinical supervision.
- Provide case management services to support patient recovery and reintegration.
