Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in state of primary residence.
- Active license (or willingness to obtain) in Arizona, Oregon, or Washington.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
- Patient-first mindset.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Strong manual dexterity for computer equipment use.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care modalities of evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and Trauma Therapy in individual and group settings.
- Review and sign patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents.
- Maintain clinic records and document all services according to regulatory and legal standards.
- Conduct crisis interventions based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in regular case planning with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration.
- Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional education.
