Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in state of primary residence.
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in Arizona, Oregon, or Washington, or willingness to obtain one.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Comfortable working in a remote, tele-health environment.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
- Patient-first mindset.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competency in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, Trauma Therapy).
- Must be based in Texas.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling modalities including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma Therapy.
- Deliver services in individual and group therapy settings via telemedicine.
- Review and sign patient clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
- Maintain clinical records and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and legal standards.
- Conduct crisis interventions based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in case planning with a multidisciplinary team.
- Engage in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional development training.
- Provide case management services to support recovery and community reintegration.
