Requirements
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license allowing for independent practice.
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
- Experience with clinical best practices such as measurement-based care.
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
- Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of approximately 30 bookable spots per week.
- Computer and live video tools literacy.
- Full-time availability of approximately 40 hours per week.
- Full-time residency in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
- Maintain a caseload of diverse adult and adolescent clients with varied clinical needs.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learning.
- Monitor client outcomes and progress between sessions.
- Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills.
