Requirements
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate learning, instructional design, or talent development.
- Experience mentoring peers or leading teams.
- Advanced capability in building and operating modern enterprise digital talent stacks.
- Experience with Generative AI applications and automating workflows.
- Deep mastery of adult learning theory and behavioral psychology.
- Demonstrated ability to translate executive KPIs into targeted learning interventions.
- Skilled in building performance dashboards to track capability velocity.
- Strong consultative partnership skills to influence stakeholders across management levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications like CPTD or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Responsibilities
- Modernize and govern the enterprise learning technology infrastructure by integrating Generative AI tools and digital talent platforms.
- Build and maintain an agile, data-driven skills inventory to forecast technology disruptions and design upskilling pathways.
- Direct the design and deployment of holistic learning tracks, including leadership programs and micro-learning performance assets.
- Develop operational toolkits and coaching frameworks to empower managers to integrate ongoing development into team cadences.
- Establish live learning analytics dashboards to measure skill velocity and translate outcomes into business impact.
