Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in eCommerce
- Prior agency or multi-client exposure
- Working knowledge of Search, Shopping, Video/YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max
- Strong analytical instincts for data-driven optimization
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication in English
- Self-sufficient and proactive in a remote environment
- Ability to treat client budgets with ownership and accountability
- Occasional availability for meetings during US business hours
- Collaborative mindset for team contribution
- Experience with feed platforms such as DataFeedWatch (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, Demand Gen, and Video for a portfolio of eCommerce clients
- Own day-to-day account health, including budgets, pacing, performance monitoring, and proactive optimisation
- Build and launch new campaigns, ad groups, and feed-based shopping structures
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and ongoing keyword management
- Develop and execute A/B tests across ad copy, bidding strategies, and audience segments
- Collaborate with visual creators to brief and align on creative assets
- Prepare insight-led performance reports and contribute to client-facing communications
- Participate in client calls and internal strategy sessions
- Stay current with Google Ads platform updates and best practices
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and manage tag implementation
