Requirements

  • 9+ years of progressive experience across FP&A, financial close, finance transformation, or EPM advisory.
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-serving consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end FP&A or consolidation transformations at complex organizations.
  • Hands-on EPM lifecycle experience with at least one leading platform (OneStream strongly preferred; Anaplan, Planful, Oracle EPM, Workday Adaptive, Pigment, or Cube relevant).
  • Strong functional command of FP&A stack: driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling.
  • Working knowledge of consolidation mechanics, intercompany eliminations, and GAAP/non-GAAP bridges.
  • Proven track record in business development (sourcing, shaping, and closing work).
  • Proven experience leading and developing multi-level delivery teams.
  • Executive presence suitable for engaging with CFOs and senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
  • Willingness to travel up to 45% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and activation of FP&A and close & consolidation operating models, organizational structures, and governance forums.
  • Own end-to-end process design for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting.
  • Guide EPM platform evaluations, selections, and full lifecycle implementations, including testing and data conversion.
  • Manage change initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, training, and adoption strategies for new platforms.
  • Support the full business development cycle, including scoping, pricing, and proposal development.
  • Lead client-delivery teams across multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring quality and margin targets.
  • Coach team members and participate in talent acquisition and firm-wide innovation initiatives.
