Requirements

  • 9+ years of progressive experience across FP&A, financial close, or EPM advisory.
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-serving consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end FP&A or close and consolidation transformations at complex organizations.
  • Hands-on experience across the EPM lifecycle with at least one leading platform (OneStream preferred).
  • Strong functional command of the FP&A stack: driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling.
  • Proven business development contribution: sourcing, shaping, and closing work.
  • Track record leading and developing multi-level delivery teams.
  • Executive presence to influence CFOs and lead complex stakeholder workshops.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Willingness to travel up to 45% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and activation of FP&A and close & consolidation operating models, organizational structure, and performance metrics.
  • Own end-to-end process design for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, financial close, and consolidation.
  • Guide EPM platform evaluation, selection, and implementation enablement across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Own change management, including stakeholder analysis, training, and behavioral adoption strategies.
  • Support the full business development cycle, from opportunity identification and scoping to proposal and SOW development.
  • Lead multi-level delivery teams, ensuring quality and margin targets are met while mentoring team members.
