Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related disciplines.
  • 8+ years of management or leadership experience.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide process improvement and change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and operational finance.
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel capabilities.
  • Experience using accounting and financial systems (Oracle and Hyperion SmartView preferred).
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work self-directed in an ambiguous, high-priority environment.
  • Willingness to travel periodically as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-business-unit FP&A process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing standardized workflows and reporting structures.
  • Enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to improve transparency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Lead complex initiatives involving business-unit finance teams, Corporate Accounting, and Corporate FP&A.
  • Manage the monthly consolidation of business-unit financial results, forecasts, and variance commentary into enterprise-level reporting packages.
  • Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to develop investor updates, quarterly business reviews, and Board presentation materials.
  • Ensure consistency in financial definitions, templates, and performance metrics across the organization.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data to ensure accuracy before executive reporting.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive organizational change across teams without direct authority.
