Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related disciplines.
- 8+ years of management or leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide process improvement and change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and operational finance.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel capabilities.
- Experience using accounting and financial systems (Oracle and Hyperion SmartView preferred).
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work self-directed in an ambiguous, high-priority environment.
- Willingness to travel periodically as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-business-unit FP&A process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing standardized workflows and reporting structures.
- Enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to improve transparency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Lead complex initiatives involving business-unit finance teams, Corporate Accounting, and Corporate FP&A.
- Manage the monthly consolidation of business-unit financial results, forecasts, and variance commentary into enterprise-level reporting packages.
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to develop investor updates, quarterly business reviews, and Board presentation materials.
- Ensure consistency in financial definitions, templates, and performance metrics across the organization.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data to ensure accuracy before executive reporting.
- Influence stakeholders and drive organizational change across teams without direct authority.
