Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with designing, implementing, and supporting corporate network environments.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Zero Trust concepts.
- Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and wireless technologies, preferably Cisco and/or HPE Aruba.
- Experience with next-generation firewalls, remote access/VPN technologies, and network security best practices.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, SNMP, TLS, and routing protocols such as OSPF or BGP.
- Experience using network monitoring and management tools.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and authentication services.
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support resilient, high-availability, and cost-effective LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Configure and maintain core network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
- Participate in capacity planning, traffic analysis, and performance tuning.
- Plan and execute network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor network health and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Provide escalation-level troubleshooting for network and related infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and Zero Trust security solutions.
- Collaborate on incident response and vulnerability mitigation.
- Design and deploy voice, VoIP, and video conferencing solutions.
