Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in US recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for Manufacturing and/or IT roles.
- Proven experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass.
- Experience working directly with US-based hiring managers.
- Strong understanding of US sourcing strategies and candidate markets.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, and second monitor.
- Stable primary and backup internet connections.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based Manufacturing and IT positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
- Manage candidate submissions and recruitment activity within SAP Fieldglass.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, including scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-up.
- Guide the recruitment process through selection, offer, onboarding, and placement.
- Meet established KPIs for submissions, interviews, placements, and turnaround time.
