Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or phone-based lead qualification.
- Strong spoken English with clear, confident, and professional phone communication.
- Ability to complete approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
- Ability to initiate conversations with people who have not previously spoken with the firm.
- Strong listening and questioning skills to identify interest and potential opportunities.
- Ability to work consistently from lead lists and maintain organized follow-up records.
Responsibilities
- Conduct approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day when sufficient leads are available.
- Convert existing lead lists into real conversations with prospective clients.
- Introduce the firm clearly and confidently while establishing purpose and relevance.
- Ask thoughtful questions to identify interest and potential case opportunities.
- Move qualified prospects to the next step based on established processes.
- Follow up consistently with prospects requiring additional contact.
- Accurately document call outcomes, prospect status, and conversation details.
- Coordinate with the Lead Generation Specialist to focus on conversion activities.
