Requirements
- Direct patient-facing healthcare or dental experience.
- Demonstrated experience in patient conversion, consultative sales, treatment coordination, or case acceptance.
- Strong professional spoken English with excellent active listening skills.
- Proficiency in discussing sensitive topics like financing and affordability with empathy.
- Strong CRM documentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams.
- Primary internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps) and backup connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
- Reliable desktop/laptop (Intel Core i5 8th gen+/i3 10th gen+/AMD Ryzen 5+ with 8 GB RAM).
- Functional webcam and noise-canceling USB headset.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Smartphone for communication and verification.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with patients who have completed consultations but have not yet proceeded with treatment.
- Build trust and rapport with patients through professional, empathetic, and consultative conversations.
- Identify underlying barriers such as financing, timing, fear, or uncertainty.
- Help patients identify appropriate next steps, including scheduling or rebooking appointments.
- Coordinate with the practice and clinical team to provide accurate information and support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM documentation of patient conversations and outcomes.
- Manage patient opportunities through the conversion process.
