Requirements
- Ability to work remotely in the United States
- Available for a 24-hour work week, ideally Sunday, Monday, and Friday from 9:00am–5:00pm EST
- Availability to flex up to 40 hours per week during peak season (November 17 – December 15)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules and priorities independently in a remote environment
- Experience with e-commerce customer service teams preferred
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Experience with Shopify and Gorgias preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting customers throughout their shopping journey
- Provide product recommendations and sizing guidance
- Handle order placement and status updates
- Process returns and exchanges
- Resolve shipping issues
- Master operational procedures for accurate order processing
- Collaborate across departments including Ops and Product Development
- Relay customer feedback to drive business improvements
