Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in a sales leadership or frontline management position.
- Proven experience leading sales teams within high-growth technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving team quotas and driving revenue growth across both new business acquisition and customer expansion.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, strategic account planning, channel ecosystems, and complex multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Strong experience developing regional go-to-market strategies and translating market dynamics into actionable sales plans.
- Hands-on experience with sales and revenue platforms such as Salesforce, Clari, Gong, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of MEDDPICC or comparable structured sales methodologies, with the ability to establish disciplined operating rhythms.
- Excellent strategic communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex value propositions and support C-level conversations.
- Proven ability to identify, develop, motivate, and retain sales talent while creating a culture of feedback, collaboration, and continuous growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the India sales strategy and execution, leading a team focused on new customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships.
- Recruit, develop, coach, manage, and retain high-performing sales talent while establishing clear expectations and a culture of accountability and performance.
- Coach sales professionals on deal strategy, territory planning, discovery, executive engagement, negotiation, and full-cycle sales execution.
- Establish regional goals, sales targets, operating rhythms, and forward-looking business plans that support sustainable revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through strategic prospecting, territory management, partner engagement, and disciplined opportunity qualification.
- Support complex enterprise sales cycles by helping the team develop executive-level relationships and navigate multiple stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, and Sales Operations teams to improve execution, remove friction, and enhance the customer experience.
- Own regional forecasting and provide leadership with accurate insights into performance, pipeline health, risks, and growth opportunities.
