Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances at a B2B or B2C SaaS company.
- Proven experience managing partner relationships post-signature, including QBRs and performance troubleshooting.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Product/Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Commercial and analytical fluency in building business cases and modeling partnership ROI.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms like revenue share, referral fees, and minimum commitments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Builder's mindset with a track record of achieving realized ARR or revenue goals through partnerships.
- Hands-on experience managing complex launches and creating structure in new environments.
- HR tech or recruiting software experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of Greenhouse's partner strategy, turning strategic partner decisions into successful, revenue-generating initiatives.
- Own a portfolio of strategic partners end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact and owning revenue goals.
- Lead new partnership launches from initial scoping through go-live, coordinating with Product, CGS, and Marketing.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align integration scopes and roadmap prioritization.
- Partner with Sales and CGS on co-sell motions and partner-sourced pipeline enablement.
- Work with Marketing on joint go-to-market and co-marketing programs to drive adoption.
- Define and track partner performance, KPIs, and ROI in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, including revenue share, referral fees, and minimum commitments.
