Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central field operations contact for initiative tracking and cross-functional coordination.
  • Partner with the Senior Director, Field Patient Access to organize priorities, track follow-ups, and support communications.
  • Manage projects related to field access systems including requirements gathering, planning, testing, and implementation.
  • Utilize business intelligence platforms to analyze reimbursement and activity data to build dashboards and identify trends.
  • Triage and track field inquiries regarding systems, tools, data, and operational barriers.
  • Oversee the integration and improvement of field-facing tools and platforms used by the Patient Access Field team.
  • Conduct field visits with Patient Access Liaisons to capture operational insights and emerging trends.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Analytics, Compliance, Legal, IT, and Training partners to meet project objectives.
  • Support launch readiness activities including operational checklists, training reinforcement, and process documentation.
