Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience managing a large geographic territory of outside development or partnership professionals.
- Experience in the higher education sector is preferred.
- Proven experience leading teams, projects, or personnel toward measurable outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of K–12 structures and engagement opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, Planner, Zoom, and Anthology.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Process-improvement mindset with experience driving organizational change.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Reliable internet connectivity (minimum 50 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload).
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–10 Partnership Engagement Administrators.
- Establish and execute territory growth strategies focused on partnership development, event opportunities, and lead generation.
- Monitor key performance indicators to drive student recruitment and account expansion.
- Conduct training and serve as a subject matter expert in enrollment and partnership engagement.
- Analyze territory trends to inform coaching and strategic initiatives.
- Represent the institution at national, regional, and state conferences.
- Partner cross-functionally with Admissions, Registration, Marketing, and Training teams.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards.
