Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales.
- Background in B2C subscription or Fintech industries.
- Strong understanding of fundamental analysis and portfolio management as an experienced stock investor.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Impact.
- Comfortable adopting and using AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Natural relationship-building skills and ability to turn cold contacts into engaged partners.
- Persuasive sales and demo skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage high-volume communication and multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Analytical capability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proactive, self-directed 'hustle' mentality focused on subscriber growth and CAC efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new high-potential partners including affiliates, influencers, and content creators.
- Nurture existing partners to drive engagement, activity, and subscriber growth.
- Conduct product demos on calls to influence prospects to sign as partners.
- Manage end-to-end outreach, including high-volume inbox management and persistent follow-ups.
- Onboard partners and manage performance/payouts using affiliate platforms like Impact.
- Utilize AI prospecting and monitoring tools to scale lead generation and prioritization.
- Analyze partner performance data against subscriber and CAC targets to optimize results.
- Maintain organized partner pipelines and provide clear status reporting.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager on broader campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
