Responsibilities
- Lead AI solution discovery and strategy by identifying business friction and translating needs into practical AI-enabled solutions.
- Own the end-to-end discovery, design, delivery, and improvement of AI agents, workflows, automations, and prompt-based tools.
- Ensure solutions meet business value, usability, scalability, security, and governance requirements.
- Partner with end users throughout development to gather feedback and support adoption through change management.
- Build reusable solution patterns, playbooks, and templates to scale approaches across the organization.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to address data, infrastructure, and strategic alignment.
- Measure solution effectiveness through adoption metrics and business outcomes.
- Monitor emerging AI innovations to recommend new applications for organizational workflows.
