Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software, SaaS, or AI product organizations.
- Demonstrated history of building and scaling AI-powered products or platforms.
- Deep knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, and orchestration frameworks.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and sales.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations on complex enterprise software implementations.
- Strong ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
- Exceptional executive communication, strategic thinking, and people leadership skills.
- Familiarity with MarTech ecosystems like CRM, email, and customer data platforms is a plus.
- Experience developing AI products within regulated or highly compliant environments is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year product vision and roadmap for AI-powered marketing platforms.
- Lead the evolution of agentic AI capabilities, including AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging generative AI technologies, models, and orchestration frameworks.
- Establish AI governance, security, quality assurance, and lifecycle management standards.
- Translate complex marketing and business challenges into practical, scalable technology products.
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to provide executive-level thought leadership and product guidance.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team spanning AI product strategy and delivery.
