Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software, SaaS, or AI product organizations.
- Track record of building and scaling AI-powered products or platforms.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, agentic systems, large language models (LLMs), and orchestration frameworks.
- Expertise in enterprise AI architecture.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, strategy, and sales.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to present to client boardrooms.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations including procurement, security, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Smart Marketing Engine and Agentic AI Platform.
- Prioritize product investments based on client needs, market trends, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Lead the team responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Establish standards for AI governance, quality, security, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with Strategy, Sales, and Client Services to productize AI solutions into repeatable offerings.
- Represent the product vision externally to Fortune 500 clients.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI product strategy and innovation team.
