Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Management (or equivalent impact).
- Significant experience building AI-native products.
- 3+ years building and shipping products powered by LLMs, Agents, RAG, and personalization systems.
- Track record of owning complex, system-level products.
- Experience shipping conversational or voice experiences with measurable impact.
- Strong product judgment in experimentation, evaluation design, and KPI definition.
- Builder mindset with the ability to move quickly from concept to shipped system.
Responsibilities
- Define the Digital Twin intelligence system by translating the sense-understand-decide-act-learn loop into a scalable agent system.
- Build specialized sub-agents for areas such as sensor intelligence, nutrition, exercise, and care-team interaction.
- Develop the platform and primitives that enable cross-functional teams to create, orchestrate, and monitor AI agents.
- Define and build next-generation conversational experiences across text, voice, and proactive guidance.
- Operate at frontier speed by moving rapidly from insight to prototype and production.
- Establish metrics and evaluation systems for guidance quality, conversation effectiveness, and behavior change.
