Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner with hiring managers and HR teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong follow-through across multiple simultaneous recruiting processes.
- Experience managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate ATS records.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable platforms.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and their practical applications in recruiting is a plus.
- Comfort incorporating generative AI into day-to-day workflows is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for an assigned portfolio of roles, managing candidates from sourcing and initial screening through interviews and offer stages.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, developing creative and compelling outreach strategies.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview processes to ensure efficient progress.
- Build and maintain healthy candidate pipelines while managing multiple openings simultaneously.
- Provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers, HR partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and offer documentation.
- Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, helping to refine role requirements and calibrate profiles.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency through modern sourcing, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
