Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or at least 5 years of relevant analytical experience without a degree).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, or Deal Desk.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and logic-driven formulas.
- Proven experience working with business and sales technology platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, or JIRA.
- Prior experience supporting discounting or commercial strategies within CPQ, Salesforce, or Airtable environments.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and a demonstrated interest in process automation.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting analytical findings.
- Ability to collaborate across Finance, Sales, Legal, Operations, and Product departments.
- Action-oriented mindset with the ability to learn new systems and solve complex problems independently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement AI-powered tools to modernize Deal Desk workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate automation of internal tools through functional testing, bug remediation, and system documentation.
- Develop and maintain global deal models, providing actionable insights on pricing, discounting, and deal velocity.
- Support the operationalization of commercial strategy programs across relevant business systems.
- Partner with Finance and Product teams to ensure data integrity, maintain cost-data quality, and manage performance dashboards.
- Create and update enablement materials, such as Deal Playbooks, for global sales teams.
- Collaborate with CRM, CPQ, and systems teams to manage product updates and configuration enhancements.
- Translate complex business and financial analysis into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
