Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, or Deal Desk.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant analytical experience if no degree is held.
  • Demonstrated analytical and financial skills with understanding of core financial concepts.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with experience building financial models, logic formulas, and scenario analyses.
  • Knowledge or experience using online sales and document management tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, and JIRA.
  • Ability to explain financial tradeoffs clearly.
  • Action-oriented and curious mindset to tackle complex analytical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Assist leadership in exploring and developing new AI tools to modernize Deal Desk workflows.
  • Facilitate automation of internal tooling by conducting functional testing, managing bug remediation, and supervising system results.
  • Troubleshoot bugs, maintain documentation, and execute on the roadmap for deal model support.
  • Manage Renewals Reporting and gather data for pricing and discounting insights.
  • Support the operationalization of the Global Discount Catalog strategy program.
  • Partner with Product and Finance teams to establish cleaner cost data.
  • Incorporate specialized deal modeling into Deal Desk workflows, such as resell financial models.
  • Maintain and update dashboards tracking deal velocity, bottleneck stages, and discount trends.
  • Create, manage, and update enablement resources and Deal Playbooks for global sales teams.
  • Partner with SFDC and CPQ teams to track enhancements and system updates.
