Requirements
- 7+ years of experience across Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or Corporate Strategy.
- Experience within high-growth startups or mid-sized companies.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including complex financial modeling.
- Experience leveraging advanced formulas and analyzing large datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into scalable operating models.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong executive presence with experience partnering directly with senior leaders.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience at a high-growth technology company (preferred).
- Healthcare or digital health experience (preferred).
- Experience using business intelligence tools such as Looker and working knowledge of SQL (preferred).
- Experience leading annual or strategic planning processes (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define long-term strategy and business objectives for the psychiatry business line.
- Partner with Clinical, Operations, Growth, Product, Finance, and Analytics teams.
- Research, scope, and launch new psychiatric services or business lines.
- Analyze patient and payor LTV to improve unit economics.
- Translate high-impact ideas into actionable pilots and scalable operating models.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from initial strategy to final execution.
- Influence executive stakeholders on business decisions and strategic direction.
