Requirements

  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in technology operations, strategy, PMO leadership, management consulting, or executive office operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology management, information systems, or finance.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, governance forums, and enterprise-level decision-making.
  • Proven ability to create executive presentations, KPI reporting, and strategic planning materials.
  • Understanding of technology delivery, service operations, governance, portfolio management, and risk.
  • Exceptional executive synthesis skills to turn complex information into clear narratives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, or other portfolio management and dashboarding platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to work extensively at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally push, pull, or carry items weighing up to approximately 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and improve the CIO Office rhythm, including leadership meetings and strategic reviews.
  • Prepare executive agendas, briefing materials, and leadership communications.
  • Maintain action logs and decision registers to ensure accountability and completion of commitments.
  • Coordinate with technology leaders to resolve bottlenecks and facilitate decision-making.
  • Own the preparation and quality control of technology KPI reporting, dashboards, and scorecards.
  • Translate CIO priorities into clear execution themes, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Operate the technology governance framework, including forums, agendas, and minutes.
  • Partner with PMO leadership to strengthen portfolio visibility and governance maturity.
