- Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Google Docs, Gmail, and Slack (helpful).
Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders across multiple online sales platforms (Shopify, Faire, eBay, TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary voice of the brand, responding promptly and professionally to customer emails and enquiries in flawless written English.
- Coordinate daily with the third-party fulfillment warehouse to ensure orders are processed and dispatched accurately.
- Assist in managing and optimizing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including drafting copy and segmenting audiences.
- Troubleshoot order, shipping, and customer service issues, resolving them efficiently and independently.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance the customer experience, and reduce manual workload.
- Maintain accurate records and support general administrative tasks, adapting quickly to new responsibilities as they arise.
