Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting clinical or healthcare professionals.
- At least 2 years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably within a healthcare, health technology, managed care or rapidly growing organization.
- Proven track record of sourcing, assessing, engaging and closing candidates with specialized or difficult-to-find clinical skill sets.
- Deep understanding of clinical recruiting considerations including licensure, credentialing, geographic availability and competitive healthcare labor markets.
- Experience partnering directly with clinical executives, operational leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute hiring plans.
- Experience using AI, automation or other recruiting technology to improve hiring outcomes with specific examples of application.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including protecting confidential information, validating outputs and recognizing the potential for bias.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication.
- Experience using recruiting metrics and dashboards to evaluate pipeline health, identify challenges and communicate progress.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work autonomously with limited oversight.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of clinical roles, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation and closing.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to understand workforce needs, define role requirements and develop effective job descriptions and hiring strategies.
- Serve as a value-added talent advisor by bringing hiring managers market insights, pipeline data, sourcing recommendations and practical solutions to recruiting challenges.
- Use AI-enabled recruiting tools thoughtfully to create talent-market maps, identify adjacent candidate populations, develop creative sourcing strategies, personalize candidate outreach and analyze pipeline trends.
- Translate AI-generated insights into clear, actionable recommendations for hiring managers while reviewing outputs for accuracy, protecting candidate information and remaining alert to potential bias.
- Monitor candidate pipelines through Greenhouse and provide timely, data-driven updates to leadership and hiring teams.
- Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation expectations, geographic considerations, licensure requirements and other clinical labor-market trends.
- Partner with credentialing, licensing, People Operations and clinical leadership to support a seamless transition from candidate acceptance through onboarding.
