Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an LPN.
- Experience in a telehealth environment is highly preferred.
- Current compact LPN license.
- Proven ability to maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn EHR systems, Google Suite, and Slack.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech-forward environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills to build rapport with members.
- Comfortable working in an environment with frequent changes to strategy and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Document patient encounters accurately in Thyme Box and supported EHRs.
- Organize patient charts and gather clinical information prior to visits.
- Verify member eligibility and insurance coverage.
- Facilitate referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up appointments.
- Conduct chart reviews across multiple platforms to streamline transitions of care.
- Monitor clinical inboxes and triage messages to appropriate providers.
