Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in an implementation or project management role.
- Strong technical understanding of EHR integration, including FHIR, HL7, and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to build, sequence, and manage complex project timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise-level implementation projects.
- Skilled in translating technical requirements and sales-stage ambiguity into actionable implementation plans.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Sales) and external customers.
- Experience managing high-stakes go-lives and troubleshooting integration issues in real time.
- Proactive approach to risk management and team accountability.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and solution architects during pre-sales to define EMR environments and requirements.
- Develop and maintain project timelines for customer implementations from contract signature to go-live.
- Lead customer kickoff meetings and establish regular engagement cadences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation status, proactively identifying and escalating timeline risks.
- Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the product team.
- Guide EHR integration workflows including FHIR and custom API implementations across major systems.
- Coordinate the Health Information Exchange (HIE) Delegation of Authority (DoA) process.
- Monitor implementation performance, customer satisfaction, and team capacity metrics.
