Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- At least 2+ years focused on executive hiring.
- Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical leadership roles in house.
- Proven track record of owning searches end-to-end and closing senior leadership hires (Director, VP, C-suite).
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted, consultative partnerships with senior stakeholders and influence their thinking.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of how leadership roles impact company strategy.
- Ability to speak credibly to org design and talent tradeoffs.
- Requirement to attend in-person onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle executive searches end-to-end, from intake and role scoping through pipeline generation, assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior hiring leaders, helping shape search strategy and calibrate candidate profiles.
- Lead in-depth talent mapping and market research to build a real-time understanding of the executive talent landscape.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Figma's values and quality.
- Lead offer strategy and negotiation for senior candidates.
- Continuously refine search and partnership approaches based on market signals and stakeholder feedback.
