Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in areas critical to leading an audit function.
- Deep experience working as a Chief Audit Executive or in the highest audit role within an organization.
- In-depth understanding of the Audit function and adjacent functions like Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to leverage AI and other tools for administrative tasks.
- Proven experience operating at a senior leadership level driving change.
- Ability to work independently and handle administrative tasks.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- High level of executive presence and ability to build trust with C-suite stakeholders.
- Background across multiple industries preferred.
- Consulting firm experience is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive advisory services to CAE members across all industries.
- Synthesize Gartner insights and data to deliver advisory support through bi-weekly client engagement and working sessions.
- Host, facilitate, and participate in periodic client activities, including strategy development, peer roundtables, and annual conference sessions.
- Define and deliver customized value plans based on client needs and program strategy.
- Facilitate member interaction and peer collaboration through the member community portal.
- Partner with sales associates on account planning, development, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Enable sales teams by building confidence and creating value stories to effectively engage with C-suite prospects.
